1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the JM Services Bathroom Vanity and LED Mirror Giveaway. By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Giveaway Overview

Participants are eligible to receive a free bathroom vanity and LED mirror worth up to $1000 when they engage JM Services for a bathroom renovation.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • The bathroom renovation project must have a total value exceeding $12,000.

  • JM Services must be used as the main contractor for the renovation.

  • All subcontractors involved in the project must be booked through JM Services.

  • The renovation project must commence during July or August 2024.

4. Vanity and LED Mirror Selection

Participants may select any vanity and LED mirror combination up to the value of $1000 from a supplier provided by JM Services.

5. Additional Costs

  • Any costs exceeding the $1000 value for the vanity and LED mirror, including installation fees, will be the responsibility of the client.

  • These additional costs will be added to the overall renovation cost.

6. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must ensure that the total renovation value, excluding the giveaway items, meets or exceeds $12,000.

  • The selection of the vanity and LED mirror must be finalized before the renovation project begins.

  • All selections must be made from the suppliers approved by JM Services.

7. Project Timeline

  • The renovation project must start within the specified timeframe of July and August 2024.

  • Failure to commence the project within this period will result in forfeiture of the giveaway.

8. Liability

  • JM Services is not liable for any delays or issues caused by the suppliers of the vanity and LED mirror.

  • JM Services is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client beyond the $1000 value for the vanity and LED mirror.

9. Changes and Modifications

  • JM Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants promptly.
